Hi, I'm Alex! I am from Auckland, New Zealand, a beautiful city that has shaped my passion for sports and fitness. From a very young age, I embraced an active lifestyle that has been a constant in my life for over 5 years now.
Reflecting on my fitness journey, I wish I had the knowledge then that I have now. The mistakes I made along the way have become valuable lessons that I now share with my clients to help them navigate their own paths and prevent injuries.
